I Suffered from Stress Incontinence and Stage 3 Pelvic Organ Prolapse. After the birth of my third child, exercising or taking long walks became impossible. During workouts, I often had to pause to rush to the toilet. The first thing I did was discuss my symptoms with a doctor. Some doctors downplayed the problem, while another suggested that I use tampons, which I refused due to the harmful substances found in some tampons and pads, substances linked to cancer.

Another doctor said I should undergo a hysterectomy. For me, this was a last resort and not something I wanted to do, as the surgery did not guarantee success, and there was a risk that the problem could worsen due to complications.

A weak pelvic floor is, in fact, the main cause of prolapse and incontinence. Standing Exercise

1. Place the trainer between your thighs (3–6 cm below your buttocks).

5. Rest for a few seconds, then continue with your repetitions. Repeat this for up to 5 minutes.

Knee Bend Exercise

1. Stand with your feet slightly apart and knees slightly bent. Place the PelviTone™ trainer so the wings point backwards towards your heels.
2. Engage your pelvic floor muscles followed by your glute muscles to control the contraction.
3. Hold the tension for a few seconds and then release.
4. Repeat as many times as you can until you can no longer complete a full repetition.
5. Rest for a few seconds, then continue with more repetitions. Continue this for up to 5 minutes.

Plank Exercise

1. Place the PelviTone™ trainer between your inner hips while holding a plank position. Keep your body parallel to the floor and ensure the wings point upwards.
2. Tilt your pelvis backwards while drawing your stomach in. Then, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, hold for a few seconds, and release.
3. Repeat as many times as you can until you can no longer complete a full repetition.
4. Rest for a few seconds, then continue with more repetitions. Continue this for up to 5 minutes.
